George Patsiaouras, Finance and Risk
Georgios Patsiaouras has been doing research in the areas of marketing theory, consumer research, sustainable consumption and sustainability marketing, and how institutional forces have shaped the development of marketing concepts and practice. His work has been funded by the Marketing Trust, LabEx ICCA, ESRC IAA Fund and the Academy of Marketing amongst others.

Paul Baines is Professor of Political Marketing and Head of Executive Education at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ School of Business, a Visiting Professor at Cranfield and Aston Universities and an Associate Fellow at the Centre for Strategic Communications, King’s College London.
Sonia Dzifa Tamakloe, Operations
Sonia Dzifa Tamakloe is a Postgraduate Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ School of Business. Her research interests span operations management, supply chain management, sustainable and responsible business, quality management and the integration of technology.
Cristina Fona, Marketing
Sustainability Director of the School of Business and co-lead of the Leicestershire Collaboration to Achieve Net Zero (LCAN), a £2.56M UKRI funded project aimed at accelerating small medium enterprises transition towards net zero, Cristina's work on sustainability spans across various areas from corporate sustainability and sustainable marketing to sustainable consumption.

Ana Cristina Costa
Ana Cristina Costa is a Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Departmental Research Director at Â鶹ÊÓƵ School of Business in the UK and a Visiting Professor at University of Valencia (Spain). Her research interests include trust in organizations, innovation and creativity at work, and applicant perspectives to digital HRM practices.

Maria Karanika-Murray
Maria is a Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at the School of Business. Her research focuses on well-being and performance, attempting to answer questions related to presenteeism, workplace culture, sustainable work, specific groups within the workforce, and organisational interventions.
Chenyiman Lou
Chenyiman Lou's research interests focus on the fields of education and labour market transitions, including how marginalised individuals navigate these domains and the narratives around those transitions and decisions. Chenyiman is also interested in career development both within and outside of the workplace, exploring how it can facilitate individuals' growth and adaptability in new professional environments, thus contributing to long-term sustainability.
Kun Lu
Kun Lu is a PhD student at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ with research focuses on circular economy financing and greenwashing for SME in the Chinese context.
Trevor F Morrow
Trevor Morrow has held several leadership roles within the University Business Schools over a career spanning 25 years and more. Including Director/Associate Dean of Internationalisation and Director/Associate Dean of Online and Digital Learning. At University of Aberdeen, he was also Associate Dean/Programme Leader for the MBA, MBA Energy, MBA Public Health, and Global MBA (online). He also regularly engages in client driven consultancy.
An experienced programme leader in the UK Higher Education sector, Trevor has also been involved in the delivery of executive education in the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Holland, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, India, and Dubai. He had a lead role in managing and developing Liverpool Business School’s relationship as a national centre of excellence for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Anthony O’Tierney
Anthony O’Tierney has worked at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ since 2013, where he has taught across a range of subjects in accounting, finance and management.
Ash Sadeghi
Dr Ash Sadeghi is an Associate Professor in International Business at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ School of Business. His primary research interest is the internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In particular, he is interested in studying the dynamics of international development of SMEs and the strategies for SMEs’ healthy, rapid growth.
Wen Wang
Wen Wang is an Associate Professor in HRM Data Analytics and Interpretation. She is interested in workplace changes aimed at improving productivity and staff wellbeing, practices that can facilitate the flourishing of a diverse workforce (age, ethnicity, gender, etc.) through job design and harnessing the advancement of technology.
