College Court awarded ‘Best Hotel’ at the Leicestershire Tourism Awards
On Thursday 29 November, the team from and attended the . Now in its eighth year, the awards are organised by and strive to highlight the best tourism businesses in Leicestershire. College Court and Leicester Conferences were delighted to have been finalists in six of the 22 categories.
College Court, the Â鶹ÊÓƵ's dedicated conference centre and hotel, was thrilled to be awarded as 'Highly Commended' in the category 'Best Customer Service', and 'Rising Star' for Chris Hewitt, Front of House Manager. These are fantastic achievements, and testament to the high levels of customer service the team strive to deliver on a day-to-day basis.
College Court then went on to be awarded 'Best Hotel' in the 'Most Enjoyable Stay' category, with the judge stating: "Recognising that it is the experience that you deliver to your guests that matters the most, the judges had no hesitation in agreeing this year's winner."

The Leicestershire Tourism and Hospitality Awards are an incredible end to both an amazing November for awards, and a great year. November also saw College Court recognised as 'Best Team' at the , and enjoy further success at the , winning 'Best Catering Service'.
