Â鶹ÊÓƵ graduates have been celebrating their achievements at our degree ceremonies at De Montfort Hall this week.

This week, the University has also paid tribute to a range of distinguished individuals by conferring them with honorary degrees. Among the prominent individuals honoured this week are:

• The President of Kosovo, , was conferred a degree of Doctor of Laws on .
• , the Vice President of the European Commission responsible for Jobs, Growth, Investment and Competitiveness and former Prime Minister of Finland, will be conferred with a Doctor of Laws degree today (17 July).
• Former Vice-Chancellor of the University will be honoured with a Doctor of Laws today (17 July).
