We are delighted with our recent performance in the 2021 Research Excellence Framework (REF2021). The majority of staff in this small and select submission were from the Diabetes Research Centre. We were placed second in the UK for our overall research quality (GPA) out of 61 submissions in UoA 24 Sports and Exercise Sciences, Leisure & Tourism (according to analysis by the ).
